Work – School alternation
The work-school alternation projects (Law 107/2015) intend to offer the students of some Higher Institutes of Rome the opportunity to “experience” work experience within Luigi Sturzo Institute, through the creation of innovative teaching laboratories for learning historiographic and documentary research methodologies.
The students, assisted by the qualified staff of the Institute, are guided in the realization of thematic paths of deepening in historical, international and cultural through the consultation of edite and unpublished sources with the aim of creating a connection between the school world and the environment of the work to allow greater awareness in the evaluation of future choices.
The school-work alternation projects were launched in 2015 in an experimental phase with the Liceo Visconti and, thanks to the positive results, continued in 2016 and 2017 with the students of the Charles Darwin Institute, the San Gabriele Institute, and the Pilo Albertelli High School. , and of the Saint Dominique.
For 2018-2019 the Institute is engaged with the High School “Ennio Quirino Visconti” to implement the project The history of the Republican Italy: analysis and study of archival documents and historical buildings, aimed at awareness and enhancement activities. cultural, artistic and landscape heritage, offering the students involved a research and study on the documentary and architectural heritage of the Luigi Sturzo Institute.
The project was launched in February 2019 and will end in June 2019, with a final event open to the public.
